Trademark suit filed

MGM Grand, owner and operator of the Studio 54 nightclub at its resort on the Las Vegas Strip, sued Roadmaster USA Corp. of Eatontown, N.J., alleging it distributed audio products bearing the Studio 54 name to Wal-Mart stores.
MGM sued Roadmaster USA in U.S. District Court, alleging trademark dilution and infringement, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage.
The defendant could not be reached for comment on MGM's allegations.
