Sheila Garvey
Sheila Garvey, 52, of Henderson died Friday in Henderson. She was born Jan. 11, 1950, in Chicago. A resident for 1 1/2 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Fred; one daughter, Heather Laskov of Chicago; her mother, Esther Berman of Buffalo Grove, Ill.; one sister, Iris Newman of Highland Park, Ill.; and one brother, Wes Berman of Boca Raton, Fla.
No local services are scheduled. Graveside services will be in Illinois. King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 Eldorado Lane, is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 820 Davis St., Suite 206A, Evanston, IL 60201.
Angela Virginia Hann
Angela Virginia Hann, 83, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 5, 1918, in New York. A resident for 25 years, she was an employee of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
She is survived by one niece, Veronica Negrich, and one nephew, Henri P. Casenove, both of Orlando, Fla.
Garden Memorial Funeral Home, 3600 W. Vegas Drive, handled private arrangements.
Gary L. Jones
Gary L. Jones, 61, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born Aug. 1, 1940, in Pocatello, Idaho. A resident for 40 years, he was a retired hotel bell captain and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda; four daughters, Lela Leedham, Danelle DiBari, Stefanie Jones and Michelle Green, all of Las Vegas; his mother, Maxine Olson of Portland, Ore.; two brothers, Mike Jones of Las Vegas and Bruce Jones of Pomona, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Rose Minutoli
Rose Minutoli, 96, of Las Vegas died Jan. 11 in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 7, 1905, in Sicily. A resident for 14 years, she was a garment worker on bridal gowns.
She is survived by one son, Salvatore Minutoli, and one daughter, Mary Fabian, both of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Francis Paul Morelli III
Francis Paul Morelli III, 35, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 24, 1966, in New York. A resident for 30 years, he was a telephone account collector and an Army veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Francis Paul "Frankie" Morelli IV and Alex Morelli, his father and stepmother, Frank Morelli Jr. and Tami Morelli, and two brothers, Eric Morelli and Daniel Morelli, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 5701 N. Jones Blvd.
The family suggests donations to the American Diabetes Association, Research Foundation, 1660 Duke St., Alexandria, VA 22314.
Robert J. Protsman
Robert J. Protsman, 70, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 29, 1931, in Longmont, Colo. A resident for 12 years, he was a retired shoe salesman.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda; one son, Steve Protsman of Richland, Wash.; one daughter, Laura Williams of Las Vegas; one brother, Bernard Protsman of Arvada, Colo.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.
Kuni Yacksyzn
Kuni Yacksyzn, 77, of Las Vegas died Friday in Henderson. She was born Oct. 17, 1924, in Tokyo. A resident for 34 years, she was a former member of the Japanese American Club.
She is survived by one daughter, Betty Hutchins, and two sons, James Yacksyzn and Michael Yacksyzn, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Tomiko Miyaio and Kimiko Koide, both of Japan; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
