A 29-year-old Las Vegas resident was killed in a four-car accident early this morning on West Flamingo Road.
The driver of a Mazda was ejected from the car and died after a series of collisions about 12:50 a.m. on Flamingo Road near Arville Street, Metro Police said. The name of the driver was not released this morning
Police say Lucinda Anderson, 62, of Las Vegas, pulled her Chevrolet out of a parking lot, crossed all four eastbound lanes and was struck by another car, Metro Police said.
The Chevrolet spun and went across the median and then struck a westbound van. The van then started to spin and crossed the median into the eastbound lane and hit the Mazda, police said.
The Mazda spun and ejected the driver. A passenger in the Mazda had moderate injuries. No one else was injured.
Anderson left the scene and was later arrested at her home, police said.
