Eunice Banham, 72, of Las Vegas died Jan. 6 in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 14, 1929, in England. A resident for 10 years, she was a bar and grill owner.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; two daughters, Carol and Shirley; three sisters, Mary, Joan and Vivian; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Samuel Burstein
Samuel Burstein, 80, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born June 26, 1921, in Minneapolis. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired restaurant owner and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Sophie; two sons, Mark Burstein of Las Vegas and Michael Burstein of Minnesota; two brothers, Fred Burstein and Leonard Burstein, both of Minnesota; and two grandchildren.

Gloria Clark, 60, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born March 29, 1941, in Hawaii. A resident for six years, she was a retired transportation manager.
She is survived by her husband, Larry; four daughters Shana Nannette Maier of Chula Vista, Calif., Wray Leigh Gaub of Indianapolis and Renee Joy Cron and Rhondelle Lynn Hoggarth, both of St. Cloud, Minn.; two sisters, Patricia Calizo of Norwalk, Calif., and Emiliana Agcaoili of Fullerton, Calif.; two brothers, Victor Soriano of Elk Grove, Calif., Thomas Soriano of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; and four grandchildren.

Walter T. Cloyes, 78, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born June 16, 1923, in Chicago. A resident for 47 years, he was a self-employed painter and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by three sons, Steven Cloyes of Walnut Creek, Calif., and James Cloyes and Michael Cloyes, both of Las Vegas; and one daughter, Kathy Somers of Walnut Creek.
Visitation is scheduled noon Saturday in Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Saturday in Christ the King Church, followed by burial in Memory Gardens. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Regis Clunan
Regis Clunan, 60, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 14, 1941, in Pittsburgh. A resident for 36 years, he was a locksmith and an Army veteran.
He is survived by four brothers, Thomas M. Clunan of Las Vegas and Robert Clunan, Daniel Clunan and Dennis Clunan, all of Pittsburgh; and five sisters, Callista Gribble of North Carolina, Joyce Nicotero, Rita Sheran, Joan Jensen and Kathleen Clunan-Master, all of Pittsburgh.

Nicholas T. Evans
Nicholas T. Evans, 81, of Las Vegas died Jan. 7 in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 25, 1920, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 20 years, he was a dental technician, an Air Force veteran, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia; one daughter, Diane Newberg; one sister, Betty Ivans; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Natale S. 'Nat' Golisano
Natale S. "Nat" Golisano, 90, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born May 28, 1911, in Rochester, N.Y. A resident for 40 years, he was a retired bar and restaurant owner and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by two sisters, Jennie Balliano and Virginia Calabra, both of Las Vegas; and one brother, Charles Golisano of Rochester.

William A. Harnden
William A. Harnden, 70, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 22, 1931, in Marblehead, Mass. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired airline cargo handler and a Korean War Navy veteran.
He is survived by his companion, Ronald Mossbarger of Las Vegas.

Meyer 'Mike' Herschenhorn
Meyer "Mike" Herschenhorn, 89, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 9, 1912, in Albany, N.Y. A resident for two years, he was a retired labor relations senior investigator and a member of Big Brothers, Independent Benevolent Society and Knights of Pythias, all in Albany.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia; two daughters, Janice Alpern of Las Vegas and Suzanne Herschenhorn of Redondo Beach, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Sunday in King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 Eldorado Lane, followed by burial in King David Cemetery.

Fred Howard, 88, died Jan. 1, and his wife, Louise Howard, 88, died Wednesday. Fred was born Nov. 26, 1913, in California, and Louise was born Oct. 10, 1913, in Kansas. Las Vegas residents for eight years, the couple owned and operated a heating and air conditioning company.
They are survived by one daughter, Glenda Bennett; two sons, Stephen Howard and Barry Howard; 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

He is survived by one daughter, Linda Kay Gladding of Wichita, Kan.; three sons, Vernon Jay Jackson of Bullhead City, Ariz., Roy Dee Jackson and Dale Edward Jackson, both of Las Vegas; three brothers, Stokley Jackson of Stockdale, Texas, Earl T. Jackson of Prescott, Ariz., and Richard H. Jackson of Las Vegas; two sisters, Estella Schraub and Mary Faye Talley, both of Seguin, Texas; and five grandchildren.

Ada Locker, 86, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born May 24, 1915, in New York. A longtime resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Sharon Sablofsky, and one son, Fred Locker, both of Las Vegas.

Des Mae Logan, 83, of Las Vegas died Jan. 11 in a local care center. She was born May 13, 1918, in Mississippi. A resident for 40 years, she was a hotel housekeeper.
She is survived by one son, Joseph Logan of Las Vegas; two daughters, Dorothy Young of Augusta, Ga., and Barbara McKinney of Las Vegas; 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Donald Lee Martin, 69, of Las Vegas died Jan. 10 in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 26, 1932, in Indiana. A resident for three years, he was a retired Air Force veteran, a member of Knights of Columbus and the Air Force Sergeants Association.
He is survived by his wife, Louise; one son, Jeffrey; two daughters, Denice and Julie; one brother, Harvey; and seven grandchildren.

He is survived by one son, Michael Richlin of Wauwatosa, Wis.; one daughter, Michele I. Eskridge of Garden City, Mo.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, John L.; two sons, John L. Rolofson Jr. of Merced, Calif., and Robert W. Rolofson of Olathe, Kan.; one daughter, Tracey A. Rolofson of Las Vegas; one sister, Kyoko Hirai of Kobe, Japan; and four grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Sara J.; two sons, Shawn Roy of Milwaukee and Charles A. Roy Jr. of Toledo, Ohio; two sisters, Phyllis Clark and Gladys Jenkins, and two brothers, James Roy and Rueben Roy, all of Gary; and two grandchildren.

William Russell Smith, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born April 10, 1931, in California. A resident for 27 years, he was the vice president of First American Title company, a Coast Guard veteran and a member of the Lions and Hualapai Club.
He is survived by his wife, Pattricia; one son, Russell Z. Smith; and five grandchildren.
