Vegas shopper paper sold

Stephens Media Group, the parent company of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, said Monday it acquired the Nifty Nickel, a free distribution Las Vegas shopper newspaper from Lee Enterprises of Davenport, Iowa.
Terms were not disclosed.
The Nifty Nickel is a 50,000-distribution shopper available at convenience store racks and other outlets in Las Vegas.
It will continue to operate from its offices at 901 Main St. in Las Vegas.
