StumbleGuinn loses his appointments aide

SUN CAPITAL BUREAU
CARSON CITY -- William "Buzz" Harris, director of appointments in Gov. Kenny Guinn's office since May 2000, has resigned to enter private business in Reno.
Guinn said Harris "has done a tremendous job helping me stay on top of the appointments I have to make to the more than 200 boards and commissions."
