Margaret Budik

Margaret Budik, 74, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born April 26, 1927, in Illinois. A resident for 22 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by four sons, Scott Budik, Michael Budik, Terry Budik and Jerry Budik; three daughters, Sharon Cozzie, Susan Meadows and Laura Budik; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 9-10 a.m. Thursday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 5485 E. Charleston Blvd., followed by burial in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

John J. Cerroni

John J. Cerroni, 51, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born July 9, 1950, in Tooele, Utah. A resident for two years, he was a retired customer service manager for a landscaping company.

He is survived by his wife, Deana S.; one daughter, Alyssa Christine Cerroni of Las Vegas; two sons, J.T. Cerroni of Irvine, Calif., and Tony Cerroni of Salt Lake City; and his parents, Joseph and Mary Cerroni of Tooele, Utah.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Charles Chandarlis

Charles Chandarlis, 62, of Henderson died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born June 22, 1939, in Laredo, Texas. A resident for 34 years, he was a retired owner of an electrical supply company and a Korean War Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Luz; three sons, Carlos Chandarlis of Las Vegas, Dan Chandarlis of Fort Worth, Texas, and Elias Chandarlis of Portland, Ore.; two daughters, Sandra Chandarlis of Vista, Calif., and Rosalinda Chandarlis of Carlsbad, Calif.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Eastern, followed by burial in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Ida C. Ciappa

Ida C. Ciappa, 83, of Henderson died Saturday in Boulder City. She was born Feb. 11, 1919, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for nine years, she was a retired medical laboratory supervisor.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph L. Ciappa; one daughter, Angie I. Ramirez of Montrose, Calif.; one son, Peter E. Ciappa of Mission Viejo, Calif.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

Henry Compton

Henry Compton, 91, of Las Vegas died Feb. 21 in Las Vegas. He was born June 14, 1910, in DeCabe, Texas. A resident for 35 years, he was a dishwasher.

He is survived by two granddaughters, Devra Williams and Tamiko Judge, and two grandsons, Ray Haney and Micheal Haney, all of Las Vegas, and 17 great-grandchildren.

Private services are scheduled. Valley Memorial Crematory, 745 W. Sunset Road No. 16, Henderson, is handled arrangements.

Mary J. Fahrney

Mary J. Fahrney, 73, of North Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born May 17, 1928, in Fargo, N.D. A resident for 15 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia Glosson of North Las Vegas and Vicki Fahrney of Springfield, Colo.; two sons, James Fahrney of Tuscarawas, Ohio, and John S. Fahrney of Las Vegas; two sisters, Ingrid Leary and Rosemarie Vares, and four brothers, Donald Jensen, Otto Jensen, John Jensen and Edward Jensen, all of California; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.

The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.

Margaret Farley

Margaret Farley, 74, of Pahrump died Feb. 21 in Pahrump. She was born Jan. 11, 1928, in Canada. A resident for six years, she was a waitress.

She is survived by two daughters, Margaret Czarzasty of Connecticut and Barbra Glodfelter of Pahrump; and two grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Grandview Cemetery in Pahrump.

Angelo G. Galluzzi

Angelo G. Galluzzi, 79, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 29, 1923, in Brockway, Pa. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired warehouse manager and a World War II Navy veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Antoinette; two daughters, Linda Doane of New York and Barbara Galluzzi of Illinois; three sons, Tom Craft of California and John Craft and James Craft, both of Illinois; two brothers, Louis Galluzzi and Richard Galluzzi, and two sisters, Flo Siple and Rose Greenalch, all of Pennsylvania; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday in Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Marina S. M. Garcia

Marina S. M. Garcia, 80, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local health care center. She was born May 10, 1921, in the Philippines. A resident for 27 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons, Ernesto Garcia of the Philippines and Salvador Garcia and Eduardo Garcia, both of Carson, Calif.; four daughters, Susan Santos of Los Angeles, Ida Leonard of Dallas and Emily Garcia and Violeta Delos Santos, both of Las Vegas; 23 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Wednesday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Chapel.

Anthony Peter Gatto

Anthony Peter Gatto, 80, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 20, 1921, in Chicago. A resident for 15 years, he was a beautician and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by one son, Joseph Gatto of Las Vegas; one daughter, Patricia Holder of California; one sister, Francis DePasquale of Las Vegas; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday in Guardian Angel Cathedral, 336 Cathedral Way, followed by burial in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

John A. Hancock

John A. Hancock, 61, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born July 20, 1940, in Denison, Texas. A resident for 12 years, he was a paramedic and a Vietnam War Army veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Gina Hancock and Jane Harris, and one son, James Hancock, all of Las Vegas; one sister, Jeanette Mason of Corpus Christi, Texas; one brother, James M. Hancock of Edinburgh, Texas; and three grandchildren.

Carla Herberger

Carla Herberger, 62, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born April 20, 1939, in Tropic, Utah. A resident for 46 years, she was a homemaker and a member of Southern Nevada Bluegrass Music Society.

She is survived by her husband, Robert J.; three sons, Robert L. Herberger of Las Vegas, Carl P. Herberger of Roseburg, Ore., and Gregorie J. Herberger of Camas Valley, Ore.; four brothers; three sisters; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-6 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Henderson, followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park.

Stanley Klainer

Stanley Klainer, 71, of Henderson died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born April 11, 1930, in Chelsea, Mass. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired research physical chemist, one of the founders of fiber optic chemical sensor, and a member of American Chemical Society and American Optical Society.

He is survived by his wife, Hovey; three daughters, Kim Cecelski of Springfield, Va., and Rose Woods and Liz Lawless, both of Henderson; two sons, Matt Klainer of Henderson and Steven Woods of Danville, Ind.; one brother, Albert Klainer or New York City; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled noon-2 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Albert MacInnes

Albert MacInnes, 69, of Las Vegas died Feb. 21 in Las Vegas. He was born March 12, 1932, in Massachusetts. A resident for 2 1/2 years, he was a supervisor for an aircraft company.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine; two sons, Michael MacInnes and Robert MacInnes, both of California; two daughters, Kathleen Karels of Pahrump and Debbi MacInnes of California; his mother, Pearl; one sister, Marilyn Lamere of California; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Pahrump Family Mortuary, 5441 S. Vicki Ann Road, Pahrump, is handling arrangements.

Nelda Marlene Rangel

Nelda Marlene Rangel, 47, of Las Vegas died Feb. 24, in Las Vegas. She was born April 29, 1954, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Harold; one daughter, Sarah Rangel, four sons, Benjamin Rangel, Gregory Rangel, Christopher Rangel and Scott Rangel, and her mother, Nelda Adams, all of Las Vegas; and one brother, Brent Adams of Reno.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Tule Springs Stake Center, followed by burial in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Anna M. Rebecca

Anna M. Rebecca, 90, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born June 10, 1911, in Chicago. A resident for 13 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by four sons, Joseph Rebecca of Murphysboro, Ill., Frank Rebec of Chicago and Peter Rebecca and William Rebecca, both of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave., followed by burial in Chicago.

John V. Rohr

John V. Rohr, 67, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born in Baltimore.

He is survived by one son, Jon V. Rohr of Shepherdsville, Ky.; three sisters, Bonnie and Lisa Rohr and Sandra Hoecker, all of Maryland; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 6 p.m. Thursday in Shepherdsville. Hardy-Close Funeral Home, Inc., 285 S. Buckman St., Shepherdsville.

Aaron Ross

Aaron Ross, 76, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 20, 1926, in Chicago. A resident for eight years, he was a retired accountant and a member of Rishon B'nai B'rith Lodge and Temple Emete.

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine; two daughters, Sheri Ross of Bel Air, Calif., and Ronee Ross-Dakin of Naperville, Ill.; two sons, Mark Ross of El Toro, Calif., and Jay Ross of Knoxville, Tenn.; one sister, Jeanette Segal of Skokie, Ill.; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. and 9 a.m. Sunday in Mt. Sinai Chapel in Los Angeles.

Bolu Tunrarebi

Bolu Tunrarebi, 45, of Henderson died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born May 25, 1956. A resident for three years, he was a regional retail sales manager.

He is survived by his wife, Kemi; two daughters, Ileri Tunrarebi and Tomi Tunrarebi, and one son, Emmanuel Tunrarebi, all of Henderson; his mother, Mary Tunrarebi; two sisters, Elizabeth Eleko and Taiwo, and two brothers, Akindun Tunrarebi and Richard Tunrarebi, all of Nigeria.

Visitation is scheduled noon-5 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 6 p.m. Friday and noon Saturday in Palm Chapel, Eastern, followed by burial in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Betty Marks Wilson

Betty Marks Wilson, 68, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 4, 1933, in Springfield, Ill. A resident for 36 years, she was a retired collections contractor.

She is survived by three sons, Brian Wilson of Indianapolis and Michael Wilson and Danny Wilson, both of Las Vegas; five brothers, Bill Marks of Fresno, Calif., Charles Marks of Sixes, Ore., and John Marks Jr., Bob Marks and Richard Marks, all of San Diego.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services were private. Burial will be in San Diego. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
