Pearl Gladys Braner
Pearl Gladys Braner, 86, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born July 29, 1915, in Belvidere, Ill. A resident for 25 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Jean Hockman of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Judy Johnson of Las Vegas; three sons, George Meyer of Schaumburg, Ill., and Frank Meyer and Bob Braner, both of Las Vegas; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3:30-7 p.m Tuesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Community Lutheran Church, 3720 E. Tropicana Ave., followed by a private burial.
The family suggests donations to the Pearl Gladys Braner Memorial Fund at Community Lutheran Church.
Peggy Goedde
Peggy Goedde, 76, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. She was born Feb. 10, 1926, in Detroit. A resident for 25 years, she was a retired desk clerk.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Romeo and Peggy Vitale, and one son, John Goedde, all of Las Vegas; two brothers, Wallace Allen and Donald Allen, both of Detroit; six sisters, Delores Simpson of Oklahoma, Joan Snyder of Las Vegas and Joyce Osgood, Dolly Jackson, Eva May Hammer and Mary Lou Bolt, all of Detroit; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is scheduled 11 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Paul J. Graham
Paul J. Graham, 46, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. Born May 15, 1955, in Mercedes, Texas, he was a steelworker.
He is survived by one son, Jousha Alexander Graham of California; one daughter, Rachel A. Brasier of Florida; one brother, David Graham of Arizona; and one sister, Laura Elizabeth Graham of Oklahoma.
No services are scheduled. Burial will be private. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Jesse Thomas Housel
Jesse Thomas Housel, 8 months old, died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born June 22, 2001, in Las Vegas.
He is survived by his parents, Darren and Lisa Housel of Las Vegas; two brothers, Dillon Perry Housel of Las Vegas and Darren Jacob Housel of South Jordan, Utah; one sister, Hilarie Housel of South Jordan; and his grandparents, Wayne and Karen Housel of Murray, Utah, and Julius Theunis of Las Vegas and Beverly Theunis of Edmonds, Wash.
Visitation is scheduled 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
James Walter Lumbra
James Walter Lumbra, 58, of Henderson died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 14, 1944, in Connecticut. A resident for five years, he was a manager for a retail company and a veteran of the National Guard.
He is survived by his wife; Donna; one son, James Lumbra Jr., one daughter, Shanon Lumbra, and three brothers, Raymond Lumbra, Clayton Lumbra and Robert Lumbra, all of Connecticut; and eight grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Connecticut. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Marguerite J. McCarty
Marguerite J. McCarty, 87, of Henderson died Friday in Henderson. She was born Sept. 5, 1914, in New York. A longtime resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence G. McCarty of Lockport, N.Y.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Lockport. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Archie Gaines McDougal
Archie Gaines McDougal, 79, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born April 4, 1922, in Hot Springs, Ark. A resident for 40 years, he worked at the Nevada Test Site for 20 years and was an World War II Army veteran and a member of the Masons.
He is survived by his wife, Jean; one son, David McDougal of Burbank, Calif.; one daughter, Carolynn Berti; one sister, Marguerit Tyler of Malvern, Ark.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, followed by burial in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
Allen M. Michimoto
Allen M. Michimoto, 63, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born April 28, 1938, in Lahaina, Hawaii. A resident for nine years, he was a science class designer at the University of California and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine; two sons, Gerald and Phillip, both of California; his mother, Kikuyo Michimoto, and one sister, Beverly Kato, both of Maui, Hawaii; two brothers, John Michimoto and James Michimoto, both of Oahu, Hawaii; and seven grandchildren.
Vernon 'Jim' Michael
Vernon "Jim" Michael, 77, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. He was born Oct. 25, 1924, in Santa Maria, Calif. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired oil company foreman and a World War II Marine Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy; two daughters, Janet Roberts and Brandy Coleiro, both of Las Vegas; five sons, Dwayne Michael of Fresno, Calif., John Michael, Jim Michael, James Lopez and Joe Lopez, all of Santa Maria; one brother, John Michael of Santa Maria; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services were private. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., handled arrangements.
Jolynne Miller
Jolynne Miller, 62, of Magalia, Calif., died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 9, 1939, in Chicago. A former Las Vegas resident for 35 years, she was a casino cashier.
She is survived by her husband, Doug Wallace of Magalia; one son, Steven Karp of Los Angeles; one daughter, Lisa Karp, and one brother, Howard Miller, both of Las Vegas.
Services will be 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park. King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 Eldorado Lane, is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Michael Pace
Michael Pace, 59, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 20, 1942, in Orange, Calif. A resident for 25 years, he was a ramp service worker for an airline.
He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline; two daughters, Debbie Padoll of San Diego and Nicole Pace of St. Peters, Mo.; two sisters, Janice Davidson and Donna Russell, both of Orange; and two grandchildren.
No services are scheduled. Burial will be in Orange. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Carol Percival
Carol Percival, 49, of Las Vegas died Feb. 17 in Las Vegas. Born Jan. 11, 1953, in Reno, she was a saleswoman.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry Percival and Jesse Percival, two daughters, Abby Percival and Amy Percival, one brother, Wayne Pederson; and two sisters, Toni Johnson and Shari Ramirez, all of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.

Aleo J. Piscatelli
Aleo J. Piscatelli, 79, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. He was born March 8, 1922, in Bridgeport, Conn. A resident for 20 years, he was an accountant, World War II Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans, Marine Corps League and the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife, Arlene; five daughters, Janet Piscatelli of Hawaii, Toni Laney of North Carolina, Judy Jacoob of Glendora, Calif., Linda Miller of Chino, Calif., and Joy Clark of Hollister, Calif.; two sons, Michael Piscatelli of San Jose, Calif., and Mark Piscatelli of Los Gatos, Calif.; two sisters, Rose Piazza and Philamena Pacific, both of Connecticut; one brother, Ted Piscatelli of Las Vegas; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave.

John A. Ruley
John A. Ruley, 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born July 16, 1922, in Baltimore. A resident for 36 years, he was a bell captain and a Marine Corps veteran.
He is survived by his companion, Peggy Henning, and one sister, Pennie Derlachter, both of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services are private. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
Jerrylen Beasley Scott
Jerrylen Beasley Scott, 72, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 17, 1929, in Meridian, Miss. A resident for 38 years, she was a retired senior operator for Ethel M. Chocolate company.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen Donnelly of Boulder City; five sons, Skipper Taylor of Louisiana, Charles Arrington of Oakley, Ind., David Dean of Henderson and Daniel Arrington and James Dean, both of Las Vegas; her mother, Frances L. Welsh of Biloxi; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 3-8 p.m Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Eastern.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Edward L. Zollin
Edward L. Zollin, 75, of North Las Vegas died Friday in North Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 8, 1927, in Detroit. A resident for 35 years, he was a retired truck driver, World War II and Korean War Marine Corps veteran, member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Teamsters Union and was active in the North Las Vegas Police Department.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; one son, Frederick Zollin of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main, followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park.
