For the second and third times in two weeks, a UNLV softball player has been honored by the Mountain West Conference. Freshmen Jackie Kerrigan and Pauline Glenn were chosen the league's Pitcher and Player of the Week, respectively.
In four appearances, Kerrigan had two wins and two saves. Glenn, starting all five games at third base, batted .455 (5-for-11) and led the Rebels with six runs, a double, two home runs and seven RBIs.
