Letter: Perfect location found for storing nuclear waste

Allow me the liberty of proposing an alternative nuclear waste site to Yucca Mountain.

It has plenty of room for waste on about 1,600 acres, is seismically stable, and a place which only 630 people would find objectionable, rather than millions.

No need for conclusive scientific research, since that hasn't occurred at Yucca Mountain, either. Since Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham doesn't truly know much about nuclear storage, he should be indifferent, and it's a shoo-in that nuclear power industry lobbyist John Sununu will volunteer to be the custodian since he knows so much about nukes.

The place? Crawford, Texas. It's all about location, location, location.
