Loss narrows for AC company

ATLANTIC CITY -- Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts Inc., which owns casinos in New Jersey and Indiana, said its fourth-quarter loss narrowed after it cut costs and put in new slot machines.
Trump Hotels, led by developer Donald Trump, said its loss narrowed to $10.2 million, or 46 cents a share, from $24.9 million, or $1.13 a share a year earlier. Revenue rose 5.2 percent to $294 million, the Atlantic City-based company said.
The company cut costs 7.7 percent at its three Atlantic City casinos, the Trump Taj Majal, Trump Plaza and Trump Marina.
