Artists workshop scheduled on Saturday
The Southern Nevada Water Authority and the International House of Blues Foundation invite artists of all ages and skill levels to participate in the "Water Smart Art" event at 2 p.m. Saturday at Wasden Elementary School, 2831 Palomino Lane.
Mr. Imagination will be teaching a free artist workshop using recycled materials and artists are asked to use recycled materials to create art that reflects the need of water conservation.

A Chinese New Year
celebration, featuring a dragon parade, dancers and music, will be held at these Strip hotels: 6-7 p.m. today at The Mirage; 8:30-9:30 p.m. today at New York-New York; and noon-1 p.m. Saturday at the MGM Grand. Call 891-7838.
The Henderson Chamber of Commerce
