StumbleLetter: Guinn has role in rate increases

With all the well-deserved uproar about the high power bills and the new request for more increases, I wonder, has it not occurred to anyone but me that Gov. Kenny Guinn put all these commissioners (who have not yet denied a rate hike) on the Public Utilities Commission.
It seems logical to me that if people have complaints about the exorbitant rate hikes, they should complain to our esteemed governor, who is, after all, an ex-CEO of Southwest gas.
You elected him, people. What did you expect?
