What do you buy the person who has everything? Or to put it another way, what does the person who has everything buy themselves? If you can give a convincing answer to that question, I will believe that tax reduction will stimulate the economy.
On the other hand, what can you buy the person who has nothing, or let them buy themselves? Anything, including the basics (food, shelter, health care, etc.)
Which approach will stimulate the economy faster or at all? Which will benefit the most people at the least amount of tax money and do the most good?
