Public radio runs program nationally
National Public Radio's "Living on Earth" will feature a report Saturday on Yucca Mountain, site of the proposed a high-level nuclear waste dump.
The program, which will be heard on nearly 300 public radio stations nationwide, will be broadcast in Las Vegas 4 p.m. Saturday on KNPR 89.5-FM.
Carson City writer Jon Christensen originally produced the segment for KNPR's "Nevada Variations" series, which airs during "Morning Edition." For more information, call 258-9895.
The Northwestern University Club
