Ticketing partners in litigation
A Studio City, Calif., company that operates a motion simulation theater business in Las Vegas and also offers ticket sales to Las Vegas shows has filed suit against its partner over management and financial issues.
Cinema Ride Inc. filed suit in Clark County District Court last week against Entasis LLC, a partner in Tickets2Nite LLC. Since November, the partnership has operated a Tickets2Nite booth on the Las Vegas Strip offering half-price tickets for shows on the day of a performance.
In a statement, Cinema Ride said the suit "relates to matters concerning management and funding of the joint venture." A company representative said today he would not elaborate on the suit.
Representatives of Entasis could not be reached for comment.
