Mae Fine
Mae Fine, 76, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born April 29, 1926, in New York City. A resident for six years, she was a homemaker, a member of Disabled American Veterans Post 34, Jewish War Veterans Post 711 and American Legion Post 76.
She is survived by her husband, William; two sons, Dennis Robert Fine of Wellington, Fla., and Brian Bruce Fine of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one daughter, Arlene Rita Schloss of Las Vegas; and seven grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Daniel Joseph Hanley
Daniel Joseph Hanley, 60, of Caruthersville, Mo., died Dec. 9 in a Missouri hospital. He was born March 3, 1942, in Phoenix. A former Las Vegas resident, he attended schools in New Mexico and Las Vegas, attended UNLV, was a retired sheet metal fabricator and installer, a Navy veteran and past exalted ruler of North Las Vegas Elks 2353.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara A.; one daughter, April A. Hanley, and one son, Danny J. Hanley, both of Denver; one stepdaughter, Lori A. Young of Wilmer, Ala.; one stepson, Jerry W. Boyd of Fort Mohave, Ariz.; one sister, Mary Morgan of Henderson; two brothers, Michael Hanley of Pahrump and Patrick Hanley of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
A local memorial service date is pending. H.S. Smith Funeral Home, Caruthersville, handled arrangements.
Florence Loberg
Florence Loberg, 85, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. She was born April 20, 1917, in Hickson, N.D. A resident for six months, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Gary Loberg of Las Vegas; one daughter, Karen Ruff of Shoreview, Minn.; one sister, Bernice Ulness of Bismarck, N.D.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Services and burial will be in North Dakota. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Philip Pascucci
Philip Pascucci, 82, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born June 2, 1920, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 24 years, he was a retired painter.
He is survived by his wife, Lee; one daughter, Adalene Cobb of Las Vegas; one brother, Frankie of Bayshore, N.Y.; one sister, Theresa Paolino of Staten Island, N.Y.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1 p.m. until a 4 p.m. service today in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.
Rosalie J. Selover
Rosalie J. Selover, 51, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 9, 1951, in Rochester, N.Y. A resident for five years, she was a secretary for a manufacturing firm.
She is survived by her husband, Donald R.; two sisters, Arlene Marseglia of Hamlin, N.Y., and Sandra Nacy of Rochester; and two brothers, Raymond DiBenedetto and Peter DiBenedetto, both of Rochester.
A memorial service will be 5 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Raymond R. Thomas
Raymond R. Thomas, 59, of Henderson died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 7, 1943, in Ohio. A resident for 23 years, he was a machinist and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Harlene; one son, Dale R. Thomas, one daughter, Wendy Venticinque, both of Henderson; one brother, John Thomas, and one sister, Kay Schultz, both of Ohio; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 9 p.m. today with 7 p.m. services in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Burial is private.
Walter L. Wilmert
Walter L. Wilmert, 78, of Corvallis, Ore., died Nov. 14 in Corvallis. He was born Sept. 10, 1924, in Lincoln, Ill. A former Las Vegas resident, he played football at Las Vegas High School and graduated in 1943 and worked for Consumers Power and Oregon State University.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly; one son, Michael of Bakersfield, Calif.; one daughter, Patricia Blackwell of Gresham, Ore.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
An Oregon mortuary handled arrangements.
