StumbleHomeless man killed in storm identified

The Clark County coroner's office has identified the homeless man whose body was found Dec. 2 in a wash near Sandhill Road and Washington Avenue.
Randy John Northrup, 47, had been taking shelter in a downtown storm drain Nov. 30 when a rainstorm flushed him and at least one other man about three miles through flooded tunnels, Metro Police said.
Another man was trapped under a storm drain and was saved.
