Green Valley Ranch Station Casino in Henderson turned one year old Wednesday. The $300 million casino resort will celebrate its birthday Friday with cake and champagne for guests and prize drawings.
Station Casinos Inc. and the Greenspun family -- owner of the Las Vegas Sun -- are partners in Green Valley Ranch.
