Boys Basketball
Valley 51, Basic 23: Jason Johnson scored 17 points and pulled down six rebounds to lead the Vikings to the win. Nick Green added 14 for Valley. Basic scored just nine first-half points.
Coronado 54, Chaparral 44:Coronado got 24 points from Brandon DeGregorio and 14 points from Sid Stanley en route to the victory. The Cougars limited the Cowboys to 15 points after halftime. Chaparral was led by Rodney Bennett's 13 points.
Clark 62, Cimarron-Memorial 53: Mike Philogene led all scorers with 24 points as Clark got past the Spartans. Cimarron's Corey Adams totaled 16 points, while Randy McPeters added 14 for Clark.
Sierra Vista 73, Pahrump Valley 30: Sierra Vista cruised to the win behind 13 points from Jonathan Johnson and 12 points from Justin Levy. Hans Batchelder scored 12 for Pahrmup.

Girls Basketball
Bonanza 54, Cheyenne 44: Lyndsay Gensler had a strong all-around game with 10 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, and six steals to pace the Bengals to the win.
Green Valley 63, Eldorado 24: Jelayna Bosket topped all scorers with 16 points as the Gators won. Jabrenta Hubbard added 13 points and Jenn Todd pitched in with 10. Nicolette Rivera led Eldorado with 10 points.
Chaparral 70, Coronado 56: Oshalyee Thomas scored 21 points as Chaparral pulled away late for the win. Erica Santigate paced the Cougars with 16 points, but Coronado was outscored 20-8 in the fourth quarter.
Mojave 66, Durango 41: Mojave downed Durango behind 21 points from Sequoia Holmes. Shayla Martinez led the Blazers with 15 points.
Las Vegas 66, Silverado 37: Kim Etot scored a game-high 25 points to help the Wildcats to the victory. Melisa Cejas added 10 for Las Vegas, and Brittney Turner led the Skyhawks with 21 points.
