Boys Basketball
Silverado 65, Bonanza 64: Lorenzo Oliver's 20 points led all scorers and helped the Skyhawks to the narrow victory. Jordan Gibson added 14 for Silverado. Pat Marigold and two others scored 10 for the Bengals.
Cimarron-Memorial 47, Eldorado 46: Jeremy Breen netted a game-high 26 points in the Spartans' victory. Chris Littles scored 10 for the Sundevils.
Palo Verde 85, Valley 44 Girls Basketball
Green Valley 61, Mojave 51: Jenn Todd's 24-point effort led the Gators, and Jabrenta Hubbard added 19 in the Green Valley win. Sequoia Holmes led all scorers with 25 points for the Rattlers.
Moapa Valley 38, Durango 28: Breena Bonnet scored 14 points to lead Moapa Valley to the win. Ashley Putis netted eight for the Blazers.
Bonanza 57, Silverado 37: Bonanza cruised to the win behind strong efforts from Lyndsay Gensler and Cassie Lee. Gensler totaled 21 points, six rebounds, and three blocks, while Lee contributed 20 points, 11 rebounds, and three blocks.
