Ensign hires Finn for media operations

Sen. John Ensign, R-Nev., today re-hired former television reporter Jack Finn to be his communications director.

Finn, who worked for Ensign when he was a congressman, replaces Traci Scott.

Scott was recently hired to run Congressman-elect Jon Porter's media operations.

Finn has also worked as Gov. Kenny Guinn's press secretary. After leaving Guinn's office, Finn worked in the government relations office at Jones Vargas law firm and ran Lynette Boggs McDonald's unsuccessful bid for the state's Congressional District 1 seat.

Finn will start his new job Jan. 1.
