Amelia R. Advincula
Amelia R. Advincula, 65, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born July 28, 1937, in Manila, Philippines. A resident for eight years, she was a certified nursing assistant at Nathan Adelson Hospice.
She is survived by one daughter, Amelia P. Advincula of Newport Beach, Calif.; one son, Dr. Arnold P. Advincula of Ann Arbor, Mich.; one brother, Gorgonio Rangel Jr. of Chicago; three sisters, Angelita of California and Aracely and Aida Rogue, both of the Philippines.
Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is arranging private services.
Allen Dale Bohannan
Allen Dale Bohannan, 44, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. He was born July 3, 1958, in Dickson, Tenn. A resident for 42 years, he was a heavy equipment mechanic for a water drilling company.
He is survived by his parents, Joe and Jane Bohannan, and two brothers, David Bohannan and Dennis Bohannan, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
Kenneth H. Boyer II
Kenneth H. Boyer II, 68, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born April 11, 1934, in Los Angeles. A resident for nine years, he was a retired salesman and a Korean War Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Angela A.; two daughters, Kari Boyer of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., and Carla Boyer of Olympia, Wash.; one stepdaughter, Martine DeLanne of Monte Carlo; and two grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. Thursday in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Christina M. Ceasar
Christina M. Ceasar, 34, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born May 7, 1968, in Bangkok, Thailand. A resident for 28 years, she was a hotel housekeeper.
She is survived by her husband, Aaron L.; three daughters, Yasmin A. Moore, Saisha J. Moore and Raven Charcora Ceasar, and her father, Giovani Wilyama, all of Las Vegas; her mother, Kanistha Williams of Thailand; and four sisters, Alice Sanchez and Chantanee Williams, both of Las Vegas, Tina Webber of Detroit and Ponch Riser of Seattle.
Visitation is scheduled from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Thursday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.
Annie M. Coleman
Annie M. Coleman, 95, of Boulder City died Sunday in Boulder City. A claims representative, she was born Feb. 10, 1907, in Alabama.
She is survived by one son, Charles Coleman of Las Vegas.

Bertha P. Cononelos
Bertha P. Cononelos, 83, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 2, 1918, in Magna, Utah. A resident for 14 years, she was a retired counselor, a member of the Red Cross, former president of the Nevada Symphony Guild, Mesquite Club and the Assistance League of Las Vegas.
She is survived by one daughter, Eleissa LaVelle of Las Vegas; one son, Terry Cononelos, and two sisters, Willa Dean Cocorinis and Ida Collard, all of Salt Lake City; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 4:30 p.m. service Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
The family suggests donations to St. John the Baptist's Greek Orthodox Church, 5300 S. El Camino Road, Las Vegas, NV 89118.
Austin James Crothers and Spring Lynne Crothers
Austin James Crothers, 4, and his mother, Spring Lynne Crothers, 23, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. Austin was born Dec. 13, 1997, in Las Vegas. Spring was born Nov. 25, 1978, in Washington state and was a homemaker.
They are survived by Spring's husband and Austin's father, James Blair Crothers; her son and his brother, Gage David Crothers; her three brothers, Edward E. DeRosia Jr., Shawn L. DeRosia and David Crothers; her sister, Holly Crothers; and her parents and his grandparents, Lynne S. and Edward E. DeRosia Sr.
Rosary will be 10 a.m. Thursday followed by a 10:30 a.m. service in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Stuart H. Doig Jr.
Stuart H. Doig Jr., 76, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 7, 1925, in Evanston, Ill. A resident for 25 years, he was a self-employed real estate investor and financier and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Doris; one daughter, Laurie Ann Doig of Las Vegas; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be private.
Vincent S. Dorage
Vincent S. Dorage, 78, of North Las Vegas died Aug. 14 in North Las Vegas. He was born June 6, 1924, in Shamokin, Pa. A resident for seven years, he was an aerospace electrical engineer, a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Confederate Air Force.
He is survived by one son, Gerald A. Capone of Snohomish, Wash.; one daughter, Giselle M. Cummins of Dallas; one brother, William Dorage of Spring Hill, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1:20 p.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Birdie Lee Ford
Birdie Lee Ford, 85, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A homemaker, she was born Nov. 22, 1916, in Arkansas.
She is survived by two daughters, Fannie L. White of Las Vegas and Anne Hardeman of Texas.
Burial will be in Arkansas. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Olive June Gorman
Olive June Gorman, 71, of Pahrump died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 21, 1930, in North Dakota. A resident for three years, she was a bookkeeper.
She was preceded in death by one son, one sister and one brother.
She is survived by her husband, Lyle; one son, Steve Harman of Arizona; three daughters, Charlene Williams, Betty Rogers and Shirley Choye, all of California; one sister, Janie Steig of Montana; one brother, Derl Clark of Pahrump; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Pahrump Family Mortuary, 5441 S. Vicki Ann Road.
Stanley Joseph Graff
Stanley Joseph Graff, 55, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 15, 1947, in St. George, Utah. A resident for 38 years, he was a retired service station owner/operator, a veteran of the National Guard and a member of the Southern Nevada Land Cruisers, Sunrise Jaycees and Nevada Constable Association.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; three daughters, Lori Herren, Lela Leedham and Randi Johansen, and one son, Russell Graff, all of Las Vegas; three brothers, Darrell J. Graff of Ogden, Utah, Lou Graff of North Las Vegas and Ken Graff of St. George, Utah; one sister, Glenna Frehner of St. George; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday in the LDS Azure Chapel. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
Pamela Dee Hamby
Pamela Dee Hamby, 44, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 4, 1957, in Lawton, Okla. A resident for 18 years, she was a retired bartender.
She is survived by her companion, Tom Pettit of North Las Vegas; her mother, Shirley S. Vinson of Las Vegas; and one brother, Forrest Brandon Stover of Noble, Okla.
A memorial service will be 6 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Gerrie Havens
Gerrie Havens, 72, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospital. She was born July 16, 1930, in Salt Lake City. A resident for two years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Doug; one daughter, Linda Havens-Cook of San Juan Bautista, Calif.; one son, Mark Havens of Westlake Village, Calif.; two sisters, Betty Sweeney of Tacoma, Wash., and Pat Coleman of Boise, Idaho; and four grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
James Kalina
James Kalina, 50, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 12, 1952, in Milwaukee. A resident for three years, he was a maintenance mechanic at an industrial plant.
He is survived by his wife, Donna; and two brothers, Rich Kalina of West Allis, Wis., and Al Kalina of Milwaukee.
Visitation was scheduled from 3 p.m. until a 6 p.m. service today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Franklin J. Koch
Franklin J. Koch, 90, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 14, 1911, in Illinois. A resident for 20 years, he was a salesman of janitorial supplies and a World War II Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his companion of 14 years, Felicia Kostiner of Las Vegas.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will be private.
Jack O. Laird
Jack O. Laird, 71, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born May 31, 1931, in Washington County, Pa. A resident for 28 years, he was a bartender in the hotel industry for 27 years, working at the Stardust and Riviera, and was an Army veteran.
He is survived by one brother, William J. Laird of Las Vegas.

Helen D. Meneice
Helen D. Meneice, 92, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born May 27, 1910, in Ellwood City, Pa. A resident for one year, she was a retired schoolteacher.
She is survived by one son, David J. Meneice of Las Vegas; one sister, Athene G. Moses of Ellwood City; one brother, Louis Demas of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and one grandchild.

Chris S. Nicolosi
Chris S. Nicolosi, 74, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 12, 1927, in St. Louis. A resident for 21 years, he was a retired manager for a courier service and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth A.; one daughter, Tina Nicolosi of Schenksville, Pa.; four sons, Rick Nicolosi of Las Vegas, Chris Nicolosi of Lake Tahoe, Calif., Brett Trausch of Ontario, Calif., and Robert Trausch of Fox River Grove, Ill.; and 10 grandchildren.

Glenn Doyle Petty, 59, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. A businessman, he was born April 20, 1943, in Florida.

Margaret J. Ponzio, 78, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 11, 1924, in Toronto. A resident for 11 years, she was a retired field auditor in the finance industry, a World War II Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Marine Corps League.
She is survived by her husband, Paul; and one brother, Thorgils James Weber of Redwood City, Calif.

Angelo Riccio, an infant, died Sunday, his date of birth in a local hospital.
He is survived by his parents, Krystal and Donato Riccio of Las Vegas; his grandparents, David and Terri Craig of Canada, and Aniello and Susie Riccio of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and his great-grandmother, Dorothy O'Connell of Napa, Calif.

Val J. Robertson
Val J. Robertson, 68, of Las Vegas and Glendale, Utah, died Monday in Kanab, Utah. He was born May 13, 1956, in Alton, Utah. He was a superintendent at the Blue Diamond Gypsum Co. and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; six children, Brenda Cox, Rick Robertson, Mike Robertson, Danny Robertson, DeLynn Robertson and Nikki Wagner, all of Las Vegas; four sisters, Virginia Engstrom of Vista, Calif., Elsie Swap of Kanab, Joy Chambers of Alton and Gay Adams of Taylor, Ariz.; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 7-8 p.m. Thursday and 75 minutes prior to an 11 a.m. service Friday in the Glendale LDS Chapel. Burial will follow in Glendale Cemetery. Mosdell Mortuary, 676 South Highway 89A, Kanab, is handling arrangements.

John G. Scinta, 45, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 9, 1956, in Tujunga, Calif. A resident for 16 years, he was a tool crib manager.
He is survived by his parents, Anthony J. and Goldie Scinta of Las Vegas; and two brothers, Larry Scinta of Charlotte, N.C., and Jim Scinta of Temple City, Calif.

Lillian A. Silver, 82, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 29, 1919, in Hoboken, N.J. A resident for six years, she was a travel agent and dental hygienist and a member of B'nai B'rith, Hadassah and American Society of Travel Agents.
She is survived by two daughters, Meryl R. Townes and Shelley Fischer, both of Las Vegas.

Heidi L. Stephensen, 27, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born July 9, 1975, in Cedar City, Utah. A resident for eight years, she was an interior designer.
She is survived by her husband, N. James "Jimmy"; one son, Tyler James of Las Vegas; four sisters, Heather Guyman and Amy Macintosh, both of St. George, Utah, and Crystal Harris and Alisha Harris, both of Parowan, Utah; and her parents, Dianna and Chuck Harris of Parowan.
Visitation is scheduled 6-8 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Additional visitation is scheduled 90 minutes prior to noon services Friday in the LDS Lakes Stake Center.

She is survived by her husband, Robert; one son, Robert Jr.; three daughters, Vera, Adrian and Maryetta; one brother, J.D.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
