The bodies of a father and son who drowned while swimming in Lake Mead last month have been recovered.
Luis Dominguez, 18, and Norberto Penaloza, 48, both of Las Vegas, drowned on July 21 near Memorial Overlook. Their bodies were initially located through the use of sonar and a remote diving vehicle, National Park Service officials said.
One of the bodies was recovered using the diving vehicle and the other was recovered by divers. Their bodies were located in 175 feet of water, officials said.
Shoreline and boat searches are continuing for two other men presumed drowned in separate recent incidents.
