Station Casinos offers scholarships

Station Casinos will be giving two $1,250 scholarships as part of its Celebration of Diversity.

Clark County high school students with a 3.0 GPA are invited to apply. Students must also include a 250-word essay about diversity in Southern Nevada.

Applications must be submitted no later than Feb. 12, 2003. Winners will be notified in March. Applications must be sent to Beatrice Goodwin, Scholarship Committee, Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel, 2101 Texas Star Lane, North Las Vegas, NV 89030.
