Two Nevada organizations are more than $10 million richer after receiving grants from the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation Monday.
The board's members approved grants to the Girl Scouts Frontier Council of Las Vegas and the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows in Reno.
Four organizations in Oklahoma were also awarded grants. Together, the six grants totaled $28.1 million.
The grants come as part of the foundation's Capital Grants Program, the foundation's oldest. Since its inception in 1994, the program has funded 47 capital projects in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Nevada totaling more than $324 million.
