Cox Communications Inc. shares fell 19 percent Monday after the cable-television operator was downgraded by Credit Suisse First Boston and Barrington Research Associates Inc.
GENEVA:
Food and drinks giant Nestle announced today it's buying U.S. food company Chef America, which makes the Hot Pockets brand of frozen sandwich, for $2.6 billion.
