NEW ORLEANS AP) - Barry Wesson hit a two-run triple and Jeriome Robertson pitched six scoreless innings as the New Orleans Zephyrs beat the Las Vegas 51s 7-2 on Thursday.

Wesson put New Orleans (11 (10)- up 2-0 in the first inning with a triple to right center. Carlos Maldonado added an RBI single in the first and another in the fifth.

Robertson 2 (1)- gave up just three hits and got the win.

Luke Allen hit a two-run homer in the ninth for the only Las Vegas runs.

Dennis Springer 1 (2)- took the loss for Las Vegas 13 (8)-.
