A $1.5 million remodeling of Arizona Charlie's West has been launched, the Las Vegas locals casino announced.
The project, which will take four to five months, will give the Decatur Boulevard property a "Victorian San Francisco" appearance, with new carpet, paint, ceiling tiles and wall coverings.
The project's cost includes a new air filtration system, which has already been installed at the casino.
Arizona Charlie's West opened in 1988. It is owned by financier Carl Icahn, who also owns the Stratosphere and Arizona Charlie's East.
