An annual golf tournament to raise funds for problem gambling research will be held May 13 at the Revere at Anthem golf course in Henderson.
The tournament, co-sponsored by JCM American Corp. and the American Gaming Association, will benefit the National Center for Responsible Gaming. The NCRG provides funds to research problem gambling through Harvard Medical School's Institute for Research on Pathological Gambling and Related Disorders and promotes problem gambling education and public awareness programs.
This is the tournament's fourth year. Last year's tournament had 148 participants and raised more than $50,000.
