Letter: Cowards hide behind children of Palestine

Are Palestinians so stupid that they don't realize they are being used by their Arab brethren? That they are willing to trade their children's lives for blood money?

The argument they give is that they are freedom fighters who are so desperate they have nothing but their bodies to give to their cause. Freedom fighters are the partisans of World War II who didn't kill innocent women and children. Their efforts were directed against supply trains, troop transports and communications.

The Palestinians should demand that members of the Saudi royal family, Saddam Hussein and Yasser Arafat strap on explosives and face the Israeli army instead of hiding like cowards behind Palestinian children.
