The City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Department will accept registrations for its summer adult basketball league starting at 10 a.m. on May 1. Registration is $300 per team and must be made in person at the sports office, located at 298 Arroyo Grand Blvd. Registation is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals may only register one team, and no spots will be held over the phone. All teams are required to have identical reversible jerseys with numbers on the front and back. Each player must be at least 16 years old. The program is comprised of two divisions. The first division plays on Monday and Wednesday nights, while the second division plays on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Call 434-4131 for more information.
