StumbleLV man, 36, stabbing victim

A man stabbed to death late Monday has been identified as 36-year-old Timothy C. Herman of Las Vegas.
Herman was stabbed in the chest at a home on Altamira Road near Alta and Buffalo drives.
Jamie Hein, 21, was booked into the Clark County jail Tuesday on a murder charge.
