Two bodies found in LV home

Metro Police today are trying to find 28-year-old Timmy John Weber for questioning after two people were found dead in a home on First Street near Bonanza Road.
Police are not calling Weber a suspect in the double slaying, but detectives want to talk with him about what happened Thursday afternoon at a home on the 700 block of North First Street.
Nevada Highway Patrol and Metro Police officers went to the scene about 5 p.m. Thursday responding to a 14-year-old girl's report of a sexual assault and found two dead bodies.
A friend of the girl flagged down a Nevada Highway patrolman filling his car with gasoline at a station in the downtown area, Metro Lt. Tom Monahan said. The girl's friend said the girl had been sexually assaulted at the blue stucco house with white trim.
The patrolman entered the house, found a body and notified Metro, Monahan said. The girl was taken to University Medical Center, where she was interviewed by Protective Services officers.
The body of a woman was found inside the house and another body, believed to be male, was also discovered, Monahan said. He said evidence at the scene indicated both people were murdered. Their names were not released this morning.
Detectives want to speak to Weber, who is believed to be the boyfriend of the girl's mother, in regard to the case.
Police do not think Weber is related to the 14-year-old girl.
"We don't believe he is a family member and he is not a suspect at this time," Monahan said.
Weber, who is 6-foot-4 and about 180 pounds, drives a 1991 Cadillac with Nevada license plate 500-NDG.
Police investigators worked through the night gathering evidence at the home, which sits in a quiet neighborhood north of Fremont Street.
Neighbors said a woman and three children had lived in the house for about three years.
The girl and a 17-year-old boy, believed to be the son of the woman found in the house, were taken to Child Haven and later released to friends who asked to keep the children together, Monahan said.
