Bonanza 13, Desert Pines 3: Jon Berger struck out eight in six innings, yielding only five hits, and Dustin Molisee homered and went 2-for-3 with three RBIs and a double for the Bengals.

Cimarron 7, Sierra Vista 6, 8 inn.: Allen Woodward went 3-for-4 with three RBIs, including the winning run in the eighth, Matt Wagner homered and went 2-for-3 with a double and three runs scored for the Spartans.

Foothill 14, Rancho 4: Jabe Beard went 3-for-4 with five RBIs and a double, Chance Holland went 3-for-4 with three RBIs for the Falcon victory.

Green Valley 11, Valley 2: Kevin Day had three RBIs, Eric Durante hit an RBI double, Eugene Edwards had one RBI and John Berg knocked in a run with double for the Gators.

Centennial 14, Clark 0: Julis Rivera struck out six, allowing only five hits for the shutout, Josh Wheeler went 3-for-3 with four runs and Chris Bonnell went 4-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs scored for the Bulldogs.

Las Vegas 10, Coronado 3: Pete White yielded only two hits in six innings, David Hamilton collected two triples and four RBIs and Matt Resnick and Robbie Ashworth each had two hits for the Wildcats.

Mojave 9, Western 6: Matt Ellis went 3-for-4 and Billy Hern was 2-for-4 with three RBIs for the Rattlers' win.

Durango 8, Cheyenne 2: Coltyn Simmons went 2-for-3 with one RBI, Donnie Sutton went 2-for-4 with a home run, Robbie Jacobsen was 2-for-3 with two singles, a double and two RBIs.

Basic 7, Eldorado 1: Micah Schnurstein and Brian Lake each hit RBI doubles for the Wolves win. Joe Cormier went 2-for-3 for the Sundevils.

SOFTBALL

Mojave 22, Western 2: Tara Bradshaw struck out five and went 3-for-5 with one RBI at the plate, and Ashlee Roberts went 4-for-4, scoring three runs with four RBIs for the Rattlers. Margaret Gallia went 2-for-2 and scored one run for the Warriors.

Bonanza 14, DP 0: Alicia Beuter struck out eight and went 4-for-4 with four RBIs and two doubles at the plate for the Bengals.

Green Valley 10, Valley 0: Jaimee Stethem had three RBIs and a double and Trina Dorn went 3-for-3.

Centennial 10, Clark 0: Shannon Crisp struck out eight and walked one in the Bulldogs' victory.

Silverado 13, Chaparral 0: Morgan Miller struck out nine, yielding only one hit for the Skyhawk shutout.

Eldorado 6, Basic 1: Brentley Bridgeforth threw a four-hitter and struck out 11 for the Sundevils.

Las Vegas 1, Coronado 0: Marsha Rollins knocked in a double in the Wildcat win.

Durango 19, Cheyenne 0: Kristin Gilliland gave up only one hit to secure the shutout, Stefanie Fisco knocked in a double with an RBI, Diana Hernandez had a triple with two RBIs and Sarah Bako had a double with one RBI for the Trailblazers.

Bishop Gorman 3, Palo Verde 0: Cassie Burks went 2-for-3 with two RBIs, and Theresa Liedlich pitched a two-hitter, striking out 11 for the shutout.

Sierra Vista 12, Cimarron 1: Danielle Martinez went 2-for-5 with a single and a home run, and Jesseka Wadsworth struck out five in five innings, yielding only one hit for the Mountain Lion win.

Rancho 15, Foothill 3: Brittany Preston hit a single and a double for the Ram victory.

Centennial def. Durango 15-4, 15-5, 16-14: Casey Evans slammed 13 kills with seven aces and Daniel Wright had 41 assists for the Bulldogs. Miles Peshlakai had nine kills and Ken Huffman had 22 assists for the Trailblazers.
