Teri Angione-Tansey
Teri Angione-Tansey, 37, of Las Vegas died Tuesday. She was born Oct. 27, 1963, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was a bank clerk.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; her father and stepmother, Ronald and Ruth Angione, one son, Brian Tansey, two daughters, Jessica Tansey and Lauren Tansey, and one brother, Scott Angione, all of Las Vegas; and two stepbrothers, Craig Nicholas of Las Vegas and Robert Shook of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
John C. Carrigan
John C. Carrigan, 79, of Boulder City died Friday in Henderson. He was born June 5, 1922.
Graveside services will be 9:20 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Lois Ann Crist
Lois Ann Crist, 75, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 12, 1926, in Bremerton, Wash. A resident for six years, she was retired.
She is survived by four daughters, Sharol Stern of Las Vegas and Geva Gene, Deborah Kay and Valerie Gene, all of California; one sister, Mary Beath of Texas; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-noon Saturday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home. Burial will be Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Joe Demichele
Joe Demichele, 78, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born May 6, 1923, in Lafferty, Ohio. A resident for one year, he was a retired electrician for a cement company.
He is survived by his wife, Verna; four sons, Daniel Souza of Dutch Flats, Calif., Jimmy Souza of Henderson, Paul Souza of Anaheim, Calif., and Joseph Demichele of San Jose, Calif.; three daughters, Anna Krause, Lela Bond and Jennifer Demichele, all of Patterson, Calif.; one brother, Nick Demichele of Henderson; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Sunday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Vernon K. Diebold
Vernon K. Diebold, 85, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 24, 1916, in Chicago. A resident for 26 years, he was a retired insurance agent.
He is survived by his wife, Constance G.; one daughter, Wendy Apel of Henderson; two sons, Bruce P. Diebold of Newport Beach, Calif., and Grant V. Diebold of Las Vegas; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Donny Mac Douglas
Donny Mac Douglas, 64, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 9, 1937, in Shelbina, Mo. A resident for two years, he was a retired Navy cryptological technician.
He is survived by his wife, Ella Mae; one son, Danny L. Douglass; two daughters, Shelley L. Thompson of Cody, Wyo., and Leslie D. Douglass of Las Vegas; three brothers, Walter Douglass of Paris, Ohio, William Douglass of Sunrise Beach, Mo., and Jerry Douglass of Seattle; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Shadow Hills Baptist Church, 7811 Vegas Drive. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Eldona Huston
Eldona Huston, 80, of Sandy Valley died Tuesday in Sandy Valley. An auditor, she was born May 11, 1921, in Iowa.
She is survived by her husband, Fred; five sons, Clint Campbell, Ray Campbell, Jack Thomson and Jim Thomson, all of Las Vegas, and Jim Campbell of California; one daughter, Beth Peters of California; 30 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Doris Malinda Lange
Doris Malinda Lange, 78, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. She was born Feb. 26, 1923, in New Jersey. A resident for 12 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three sons, Robert Douglas Lange Jr., William Francis Lange and Russell Allen Lange; two brothers, James Nichols and William Nichols; one sister, Jean Stanzionni; and two grandchildren.

Edward Lee Mayo
Edward Lee Mayo, 81, of Henderson died Wednesday in Henderson. He was born June 10, 1920, in Vaughn, N.M. A resident for 50 years, he was a retired maintenance man for the Bureau of Reclamation, a lifelong member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, a volunteer for the Salvation Army and delivered Meals on Wheels for the Henderson Senior Center.
He is survived by his wife, Betty A.; four daughters, Cindy Mayo, Rita Pickart and Denise Jackson, all of Henderson and Carolyn Hooks of Portsmouth, Va.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.

Thomas Wayne Nichols
Thomas Wayne Nichols, 34, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 31, 1966, in Paterson, N.J. A resident for 12 years, he was a foreman at the Golden Gate hotel.
He is survived by his parents, Robert and Carol; and one brother, Jeffrey.
A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

George Gene Petrell
George Gene Petrell, 74, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Barstow, Calif. He was born Dec. 15, 1926. A resident for 25 years, he was employed in casino maintenance sales, was a retired Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Veteran of Foreign Marines.
He is survived by three sons, Chris, Patrick and Randall; three daughters, Virginia "Ginny," Robin Ann and Susan; two brothers, Leon and Andrew; and 13 grandchildren.

Chanita L. Richardson
Chanita L. Richardson, 47, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born May 16, 1954, in Live Oak, Fla. A resident for 26 years, she was a Victoria's Secret manager.
She is survived by two sons, Lamier N. Luster and Xavier J. Richardson, one daughter, Mikki S. Hollister, her husband, Johnnie L. Richardson, and her companion, Charles M. Hollister, all of Las Vegas; two sisters, Cynthia Y. Stockton of Sacramento and Sheila R. Grooms of Atlanta; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 1 p.m. services Monday in Shadow Hills Baptist Church, 7811 Vegas Drive. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest.

Raymond H. Varner Sr.
Raymond H. Varner Sr., 73, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local health care center. He was born July 3, 1928, in Bartow, W.Va. A resident for four years, he was a retired laborer for Babcock and Wilcox, a boiler maker, and an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy J.; one son, Raymond H. Varner Jr. of Las Vegas; two daughters, Vicki Johnson of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Gail Varner of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Donald Gene Wands
Donald Gene Wands, 59, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born March 18, 1942, in South Bend, Ind. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Helena; two sons, Edwin and Donald Jr.; four daughters, Renee, Dymitria, Danielle and Helena Jr.; three brothers, Clarence, Bezel and Sylvester; two sisters, Delores and Faye; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. services Saturday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
