Action Gaming Inc. of Las Vegas sued to force Alliance Gaming Corp. to recall all video poker gaming devices that it has made and sold using Action's alleged gaming patents.
Action, which said it owns two patents for an electronic video poker game device, filed a patent infringement suit against Alliance Gaming doing business as Bally Gaming And System in U.S. District Court on Monday.
