Barbara Anzalone

Barbara Anzalone, 67, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. A resident for many years, she was born Dec. 3, 1933.

Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Freda L. Benally

Freda L. Benally, 29, of Henderson died Sunday in Henderson. She was born Sept. 22, 1971, in Gallup, N.M. A resident for seven years, she was a clerk for a door manufacturer.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy; two daughters, Tonica Billman and Toynette Billman, and two sons, Mason Billman and Tomas Billman, all of Sawmill, Ariz.; three sisters, Fredrica Benally of Gallup, Fern Samuelson of Salt Lake City and Treva Jim of Phoenix; and two brothers, Larry Jim of Phoenix and Stanley Chee of Eugene, Ore.

Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

William M. Chandler

William M. Chandler, 34, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 4, 1966, in Michigan. A resident for 30 years, he was a cook.

He is survived by one son, Michael Chandler; one daughter, Krystle Chandler; his parents, Rodney and Wanda Wright; one brother, Charles Crane; and four sisters, Linda Nunley, Belinda Jean Cole, Melody Mooney and Kelly Allen.

Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday in Christ Lutheran Church, 1401 Fifth St., Boulder City. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Thelma L. Dimler

Thelma L. Dimler, 70, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 6, 1930, in Detroit. A resident for 12 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Dale; three sons, David Schreder of Ashburn, Va., Mark Schreder of Charlotte, N.C., and Karl Schreder of New Market, Md.; one daughter, Cheri Willard of Las Vegas; one stepson, Lant Dimler of Auburn, Ga.; one brother, Earl Heinemann of Santa Clarita, Calif.; one sister, Geraldine Ferguson of Palm Desert, Calif.; and 12 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Graveside services will be 10:40 a.m. Tuesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City.

The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Alvaro Fernandez

Alvaro Fernandez, 65, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born March 21, 1936, in Mexico. A resident for 50 years, he was a retired waiter.

He is survived by his wife, Antonieta; two daughters, Elisa Fernandez of Whittier, Calif., and Edith Fernandez of Ann Arbor, Mich.; one son, Alejandro Fernandez of Seattle; and two grandchildren.

Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Earl Glasgow Sr.

Earl Glasgow Sr., 76, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 6, 1924, in Hope, Ark. A resident for one year, he was a maintenance engineer for the state of Connecticut and a World War II Army veteran.

He is survived by two sons, Ken Glasgow of Bristol, Conn., and Earl Glasgow of Las Vegas.

No local services are scheduled. Services will be in Connecticut. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.

Sandy C. Hlavka

Sandy C. Hlavka, 51, of Henderson died Wednesday in Henderson. He was born Aug. 11, 1950, in Belle Fourche, S.D. A resident for six years, he was a construction manager, a Vietnam War Marine Corps veteran, a member of Certified Construction Management Association, American Welding Society, American Petroleum Institute and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

He is survived by his wife, Vonna; one daughter, Canada Lytle of Las Vegas; one son, Travis Hlavka of Fort Collins, Colo.; and two sisters, Susan Smith of Augusta, Ga., and Penny Swisher of Penrose, Colo.

Visitation is scheduled 2-6 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 3 p.m. Monday in Palm Chapel, Henderson.

Rosemary C. Holton

Rosemary C. Holton, 80, of Henderson died Sunday in Henderson. She was born Nov. 13, 1920, in Hackettstown, N.J. A resident for 50 years, she was a homemaker and a World War II Army veteran.

She is survived by one son, Joe Holton of Pahrump; and one grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to noon services Monday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will be 1:20 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Pierre Vincent Honings

Pierre Vincent Honings, 83, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born June 5, 1918, in Chicago. A resident for one year, he was a retired owner of Nagamine Camera and Pierre of Lahaina Studios in Hawaii, past president of the Lahaina chapter of American Association of Retired Persons and a member of the Masons.

He is survived by his wife, Harriett; one son, Ronald K. Honings of Henderson; one sister, Louise Honings of Tacoma, Wash.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 6 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Loyd M. Horn

Loyd M. Horn, 83, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospice. He was born April 14, 1918, in Evanston, Ill. A resident for 45 years, he was a retired railroad engineer.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane; three daughters, Penny Marrs of Pahrump, Barbara Hammock of Minneapolis and Pamela Jane Buchanan of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 11:30 a.m. Sunday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne. Graveside services will follow at 12:30 p.m. Sunday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest.

Lee Philip Jackson

Lee Philip Jackson, 69, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. He was born Jan. 2, 1932, in Lyon, Ky. A resident for four years, he was an aerospace engineer and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by one son, Tyrone Jackson of Oxnard, Calif.; two brothers, James Millard Jackson of New Burch, Ind., and Walter Charles Jackson of Paducah, Ky.; and one sister, Martha Jean Yates of Fredonia, Ky.

Services were scheduled at 3 p.m. today in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Burial will be in Kentucky.

Justin David Kellerman

Justin David Kellerman, 16, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. A high school student, he was born Dec. 24, 1984, in Riverside, Calif.

He is survived by one son, Austyn Kellerman, his parents, Art and Karen Kellerman, and two sisters, Heather Kellerman and Jennifer Kellerman, all of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Nettie Hensley of Henderson, Doris Dougan of Laughlin and Dave and Rosemary Kellerman of St. Louis.

Services were scheduled at 12:30 p.m. today in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, followed by burial in Boulder City Cemetery, 501 Adams Blvd.

Chris Martincek

Chris Martincek, 74, of Boulder City died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born May 21, 1927, in England, Ark. A resident for 11 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Torri Haney and Marcie Gibson, both of Boulder City; three sons, Gary Martincek of Diamond Springs, Calif., Larry Martincek of Newberg, Ore., and Mike Martincek of Henderson; one sister, Arlene Frost of Boulder City; one brother, Jack Dickens of Oakdale, Calif.; 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-6 p.m. Sunday and noon-2 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 3:30 p.m. Monday in Central Christian Church, 3415 S. Mojave Road.

The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity that will benefit the disaster relief funds in New York.

Dorothy Nolan

Dorothy Nolan, 86, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Henderson. She was born April 12, 1915, in Rutland, Vt. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker and caretaker of her family.

She is survived by three daughters, Pat Kerry of Santa Monica, Calif., Maureen Corona of Henderson and Ellen Chalabi of Marbella, Spain.; one son, Thomas Heslin of Anaheim, Calif.; one brother, Lawrence Kusman of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.; three sisters, Elaine Byrnes of Tinton Falls, N.J., Marjorie Grant of Atlanta and Frances Owen of Orlando, Fla.; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. until noon services Monday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.

Charles Peterson

Charles Peterson, 53, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. A resident for many years, he was born Feb. 4, 1948.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Raymond Richwalski

Raymond Richwalski, 83, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 15, 1918, in Calumet City, Ill. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired railroad car inspector, a World War II Army veteran and a member of American Legion Post 8.

He is survived by his wife, Victoria; one daughter, Rae Ellen Ross of Longwood, Fla.; two sons, Clarence 'Rick' Richwalski of Las Vegas and Mark Richwalski of Palm City, Fla.; one sister, Genevieve Cwiklinski of Schereville, Ind.; and five grandchildren.

Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

Moclanail L. Rodgers

Moclanail L. Rodgers, 16, of Henderson died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 22, 1985, in Cleveland. A resident for nine months, he was a high school student.

He is survived by his father, Moclanail Rodgers of Cleveland; and his mother, Ericka Rodgers of Henderson.

No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Cleveland. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Charles Rodriguez

Charles Rodriguez, 70, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 21, 1930. A resident for many years, he was an Air Force veteran.

Graveside services were scheduled at 8 a.m. today in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Rosemary Whittier

Rosemary Whittier, 57, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 22, 1943, in Massachusetts. A resident for four years, she was a hotel night auditor.

She is survived by one son, Tom Whittier.

Brett E. Zervic

Brett E. Zervic, 46, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Nov 27, 1954, in Milwaukee. A resident for nine years, he was a pressman.

He is survived by his significant other, Dee Haley of Las Vegas; one daughter, Jena Hoyle of Winfield, British Columbia; his mother, Sophie Zervic of Honolulu; and three sisters, Linda Maher of Ireland and Maureen Benz and Debbie Zervic, both of Honolulu.
