I am writing to say that it made me cry when I saw our flag waving in the rain and amid this attack on our country, America.
I believe this is a much different war than we have ever or will ever experience. I believe it is not just a regular war but a spiritual war. We need to put God ahead of everything. We need to put prayer back in the schools.
The young people of this beloved country of ours need to know we stand with God as our spiritual leader. I am 74 years old and my generation started each morning of our school day with the Lord's Prayer and then an allegiance to our flag, Old Glory.
We were proud to let others know we were a Christian nation. We did this in good times, not just in bad times.
