After I read the letter from John Heple I was shocked that someone could even think of blaming the passengers on the planes that were hijacked.
It is very easy to sit in your warm home in a comfortable chair saying what you think they should have done.
We have no idea what went on during that time. We have no idea what those poor people did or didn't do. We have no idea the hell that was going on up there.
Mr. Heple should be ashamed to even think to blame those innocent people who had no idea what was going to happen to them. They may have been told they were being hijacked for ransom.
Before you start making judgment, Mr. Heple, just thank God it wasn't you up there trying to decide what to do.
