Currently: In her first collegiate season, Bailey is already making her presence felt for the 2-1 Wildcats. The starting midfielder/forward has two goals and an assist, and is among the team's top five in points (5), shots (8) and shots on goal (6). Arizona will take on Pepperdine on Friday before hosting UNLV Sunday at 1 p.m.
Looking back: One of the most feared prep scorers in recent history, Bailey earned four letters in the sport, scoring 36 goals as a junior and 34 in her final campaign. In 2000, she captained the Spartans' Clark County championship squad, and helped the team return to the regional playoffs last year. Bailey was named MVP of 1999's prestigious Norway Cup in Oslo after helping her Las Vegas Tabagators capture the title.
