Elicia Monique Diaz
Elicia Monique Diaz, 3, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Alabama. She was born Oct. 19, 1997, in Alabama.
She is survived by her parents, Sally Ann Negrette and Hector Diaz, both of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 9:30-11 a.m. Tuesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Donald G. Gehrke
Donald G. Gehrke, 66, of North Las Vegas died Sunday in North Las Vegas. He was born May 27, 1935.
Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., arranged private services.
Lowell L. Hunt
Lowell L. Hunt, 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born Aug. 21, 1922, in Tecumseh, Okla. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired planner for an aircraft manufacturer and a World War II Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia L.; one son, David Hunt of Torrance, Calif.; one stepson, Don Lynwalter of Las Vegas; five sisters, Juanita Stone, Maudie Carr and Wanda Buddin, all of Oklahoma City, Jewel Blomberg of Calumet, Okla., and Linda Hartley of Natchitoches, La.; and four brothers, Raymond Hunt Jr. and Gene Hunt, both of Oklahoma City, Ivan Hunt of Overland Park, Kan., and Jerry Hunt of Odessa, Texas.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be in Oklahoma.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Ann S. Johnson
Ann S. Johnson, 69, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born May 1, 1932, in Davidson County, N.C. A resident for nine years, she was a retired accountant, a spokeswoman for the Nevada State Health Division HIV/Aids program, Southern Nevada AHEC and Clark County Coalition of HIV/Aids and founder of the Nevada Living HIV/Aids Quilt.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Saturday in Imani Cathedral, 1559 N. Decatur Blvd. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to Aid for AIDS of Nevada, Sahara/Rancho Medical Center, 2300 Rancho Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89102.
Gertrude F. Loper
Gertrude F. Loper, 81, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born May 25, 1920, in Everson, Pa. A resident for 43 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Jeanne White and Marsha Toms, both of Las Vegas, and Janet Blake of Cedar City, Utah; one son, Richard Loper of Las Vegas; three brothers, Tom Kulczak and Bill Kulczak, both of Maryland and Bob Kulczak of Pennsylvania; one sister, Theresa Smialek of Maryland; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Mass will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Bridget's Catholic Church, 220 N. 14 St. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Rosemarie Loscher
Rosemarie Loscher, 47, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospice. A businesswoman, she was born March 28, 1954, in New York.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel.
No local services are scheduled. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Larry Albert Robb
Larry Albert Robb, 63, of Henderson died Friday in Henderson. He was born Sept. 7, 1938, in Cedar City, Utah. A resident for 41 years, he was a self-employed dental technician and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Kareen; two sons, Guy A. Robb of Henderson and Kim E. Robb of Las Vegas; three daughters, Debbie K Adams, Aniese Searle and Heather D. Robb, all of Henderson; and three sisters, Jean Orton of Parowan, Utah, Esther Guerin of California and Cleone Dalton of Cedar City.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Wednesday in the LDS Cholla Street chapel in Henderson.
Naomi E. Schneider
Naomi E. Schneider, 82, of Henderson died Friday in a local care center. She was born Jan. 1, 1919, in Aberdeen, S.C. A resident for eight years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Dick Schneider of Henderson; two daughters, Cynthia Ruwald of Bridger, Mont., and Karyl Thies of Colorado Springs, Colo.; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 30 minutes prior to 11 a.m. services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
The family suggests donations to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 4830 W. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Roy-Reil Le'Shae 'Angel' Travis
Roy-Reil Le'Shae "Angel" Travis, 16 days, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 29, 2001.
She is survived by her parents, Kisha and Charles Travis, one brother, Charles E. Travis Jr., and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Willie Williams and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Travis, all of Las Vegas.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
