Letter: No species more evil than man

On Sept. 11 we all experienced yet another vivid example of man's inhumanity to man. Shamefully, if there's another species on this planet capable of committing more evil than the human species, I surely don't know of it.

It's hard to comprehend a philosophy that teaches that the reward for mass murder is an automatic entry into heaven. These suicidal "volunteers," for their own salvation, need an immediate rude awakening and complete change of heart.

Otherwise, they'll never make it to heaven. Instead, they'll go straight to hell. And, if they still insist on inflicting death and destruction upon innocent human beings, they won't go a moment too soon.
