SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- The State Law Enforcement Division will investigate a pinball machine in an Upstate convenience store as a possible illegal gambling machine.
SLED spokeswoman Katheryn Richardson said the agency was unaware of the Jungle Rock machine at a Spartanburg Texaco, but would investigate.
It is one of two gaming machines at the Texaco, said Robb McBurney, spokesman for South Carolina Attorney General Charlie Condon. The Pot of Gold machine is the subject of litigation, McBurney said.
