Letter: Get facts on Clinton straight

I am writing in response to a recent letter to the editor by Ruth DiMaggio.

In her letter, this lady tried to blast President Bush. She made a statement referring to the attempted impeachment of Bill Clinton. Attempted?

She obviously does not know that Bill Clinton was impeached. Thus, she labeled herself as one who is partisan and not cognizant of the true political picture.

In the history of our country, two presidents were impeached, and Bill Clinton was one of them. Because the Senate determined not to take him to court and kick him out of office does not, in my opinion, minimize the magnitude of his guilt.
