Vegas flights added to St. Louis, Oklahoma City

Southwest Airlines will add Saturday nonstop flights to St. Louis and Oklahoma City from Las Vegas beginning Nov. 3.
The Dallas-based airline has had one-stop service to those two cities from McCarran International Airport. Southwest previously has used Saturday-only nonstops as a test to determine if daily nonstop flights would be successful.
Southwest will reduce the number of flights it has at other cities to make planes available for the new Las Vegas service. The company did not disclose from what markets those planes would come, but said it was not Las Vegas.
