Janet L. Barcza
Janet L. Barcza, 62, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 1, 1939, in Robbinsdale, Minn. A resident for 22 years, she was a Metro Police records technician and a member of the Police Protection Association.
She is survived by her husband, Charles S.; three sons, James Rozar of Las Vegas and Steven Rozar and Charles Barcza Jr., both of California; one daughter, Tracy Aray of California; two sisters, Pat Stewart of Minnesota and Georgeann Mollet of California; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be noon Thursday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
The family suggests donations to the Lung Institute of Nevada, 5701 W. Charleston Blvd., Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89102.
George J. Blaha
George J. Blaha, 78, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 18, 1923, in New York City. A resident for three years, he was a retired printer and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Joan; five sons, Steven Blaha of Chicago, Michael Blaha of Boston, Thomas Blaha and Richard Blaha, both of New York City, and Mark Fligel of Marlboro, N.J.; one daughter, Lori Kaufman of New York; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
The family suggests donations to the American Heart Association, 6370 W. Flamingo Road, Suite 1, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
Andrew Brooks
Andrew Brooks, 73, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born May 9, 1928, in Michigan. A resident for 32 years, he was a porter at Harrah's.
He is survived by one son, James Drew Brooks of Las Vegas; and one brother, Alfred Brooks of Michigan.
Graveside services were scheduled at 11 a.m. today in Woodlawn Cemetery. Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd., handled arrangements.
Nicholas Condito
Nicholas Condito, 61, of Las Vegas died Sunday in New Jersey. He was born Sept. 21, 1940, in Las Vegas. A resident for 22 years, he was a telemarketer.
He is survived by four sons, Nicky, Phillip, Tommy and Frank; one daughter, Patricia; two brothers, Charles and Frank; one sister, Barbara; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Darlene Fay Cordova
Darlene Fay Cordova, 55, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 15, 1946, in Los Angeles. A resident for 12 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Alexander C.; one son, John Richard Cordova of Las Vegas; two daughters, Cathy Ann Saenz of Las Vegas and Lisa VanGoethan of Hemet, Calif.; one brother, Jack Robertson of Pittsburg, Kan.; two sisters, Nena Shoemaker and Andra McLucas, both of Palm Desert, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service was scheduled at 3 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
The family suggests donations to Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Southern Nevada, 3355 Spring Mountain Road, Las Vegas, NV 89102.
John DeGraff
John DeGraff, 86, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. A resident for two years, he was born March 10, 1915, in Haarlem, Holland.
He is survived by his wife, Esther; one son, John C. DeGraff of Holliday, Mo.; one daughter, Janet Deaver of Las Vegas; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Pasquale Furrule
Pasquale Furrule, 76, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 11, 1925, in Newark, N.J. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired mechanic for the federal government, a World War II and Korean War Marine Corps veteran and a member of American Legion Post 8.
He is survived by his wife, Philomena; two sons, Patrick Furrule and Anthony Maiorano, both of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be 10:40 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
The family suggests donations to the American Diabetes Association, 2785 E. Desert Inn Road, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Jon Stephen Hardesty
Jon Stephen Hardesty, 62, of Las Vegas died Oct. 14 in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 12, 1939, in Detroit. A resident for 10 years, he was an automobile repair mechanic.
He is survived by one sister, Joyce Conrad of Illinois.
Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling private arrangements.
Gary A. Kimball
Gary A. Kimball, 46, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born Aug. 15, 1955, in San Diego. A resident for 11 years, he was a meat cutter.
He is survived by his wife, Gail; one son, Jacob Kimball, three daughters, Leah Kimball, Sara Kimball and Rachel Tribe, and his parents, Nancy and Lonnie Kimball Sr., all of Utah; two brothers, Richard of California and Lonnie of Alaska; four sisters, Debbie of California and Carol, Judy and Nancy, all of Utah; and two grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled one hour prior to 12:30 p.m. services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Allan N. McIntyre
Allan N. McIntyre, 75, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born May 3, 1926, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for six years, he was a police officer and a World War II veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene; two sons, Allan McIntyre Jr. and Timothy McIntyre, both of Seattle; three sisters, Eva McLain, May Minnett and Jean Smith, all of British Columbia; and two grandchildren.

Maria Lopez 'Dottie' Meza
Maria Lopez "Dottie" Meza, 53, of North Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born March 15, 1948, in Mexico. A resident for 31 years, she was a California hotel housekeeping supervisor.
She is survived by her husband, Jesus; one daughter, Susan Lopez Meza, and one son, Gerardo Lopez Meza, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Eduvijes Lopez de Vermejo of Mexico; three brothers, Rafael Lopez Salcedo and Javier Lopez Salcedo, both of San Diego, and Ramon Lopez Salcedo of Mexico; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 8 p.m. today with 5 p.m. services in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Christopher's Catholic Church, 1840 N. Bruce St. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
Edward L. Mock
Edward L. Mock, 69, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born March 8, 1932, in Pittsburgh. A resident for 13 years, he was an asbestos insulator, a member of the Elks in Pittsburgh, International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers Union Local 2.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary; two sons, Edward C. Mock of Utah and John Paul Mock of Pittsburgh; two daughters, Lynne Marie Wolf of Butler, Pa., and Melissa Rose Tittle of Baton Rouge, La.; and four grandchildren.

Beverly Marie Phares
Beverly Marie Phares, 65, of Pahrump died Friday in Clark County. A real estate agent, she was born Jan. 30, 1936, in Kansas.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip; one son, Stan Phares of Pahrump; one daughter, Krista Phares of Las Vegas; and two brothers, Fred E. Boyles Jr. of Garnett, Kan., and Les Boyles of Ottawa, Kan.
No local services are scheduled. Services and burial will be in Kansas. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Barbara Y. Schroeder
Barbara Y. Schroeder, 58, of Henderson died Sunday in Henderson. She was born June 13, 1943, in Karnack, Ill. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Schroeder and Cynthia Schroeder, both of Henderson; her companion, Brian Schroeder of Grayville, Ill.; and two brothers, Don Cook of Mount Carmel, Ill., and Archie Cook of Memphis, Tenn.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 3 p.m. service Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.
Sharon L. Wolkowski
Sharon L. Wolkowski, 53, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 1, 1948, in Chicago. A resident for four years, she was a payroll clerk for an oil company.
She is survived by her husband, Michael; one son, Michael Morgan of Palmdale, Calif.; two daughters, Brandi Wolkowski of Palmdale and Lisa McClellan of Las Vegas; two brothers, Stewart Fitzpatrick of Torrance, Calif., and Steve Fitzpatrick of Lake Los Angeles, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
