Letter: Fast, friendly service at DMV

After all the negative press the Department of Motor Vehicles has been receiving, I was thinking of taking a lunch. I arrived at the West Flamingo Office 1/2 hour before opening time to be greeted by a very personable young woman who made sure I had everything needed for registration. The doors opened early at 7:45 a.m. and I was assigned a number and sent to another cheerful lady who very professionally registered my vehicle. I walked out of the office with plates in hand at 7:59 a.m. Not a record perhaps, but real close.

Keep up the good work, DMV.
