Currently: A three-year varsity letter winner for the Rams, Massey is expected to be a key member of his squad during the 2000-2001 season. In Colorado State's most recent fall tournament, Massey shot a 7-over 223 over three rounds earlier this month, helping his team to a third-place finish at The Pepperdine Intercollegiate and placing 12th overall individually. The consistent Massey has averaged 75.75, 74.65 and 76.35 strokes-per-round over his three seasons.
Looking back: The Southern Zone golfer of the year as a senior, Massey led the Gators to the 4A state team title in 1998, finishing fourth individually with a two-day score of 149. Massey served as team captain during his final two seasons and earned an academic All-American nomination for his work in the classroom.
