CARSON CITY -- The Nevada Supreme Court Wednesday rejected the petition of a teenager charged with two other persons with the killing of a rival gang member in March in North Las Vegas.
Anthony Gantt, through his lawyer, had asked the court to suppress statements he made during police interviews. He said police violated his rights by failing to notify his parents before he was questioned.
Gantt is charged with others with murder in the death of Joseph "Doughboy" Williams, 26.
